Questionnaire:
Alicia made a questionnaire where she asked questions that would be helpful for us when it comes to making our music video of things that our target audience want to see. Alicia posted on Facebook and tagged me in the post so that all of our friends could access the link to the questionnaire on Survey Monkey. Overall, we got an impressive 157 responses but unfortunately due to having issues with the app we were only allowed to access 100 responses. Overall, we are both very happy with the results that we got from our questionnaire and we hope that they help when coming to making our music video and choosing different shots and decisions. The main questions that we wanted to ask was what the target audience was going to be and whether the lead of the song is a boy or a girl. These we important questions when making the music video. With regards to the target audience which we have decided will be teenagers and people in their 20s as the song has quite a large meaning behind it which we feel slightly older people will understand and appreciate the story more. Furthermore, with regards to whether the lead will be a boy or a girl this was something Alicia and I were finding hard to think about as the song is sung mainly by men so we decided that we would use a variety of men and women as we feel that this will even it out and look effective. Furthermore, at the end of the song it has a choir so we decided that we would use a variety of men and women when filming it so that it shows a variety and equality with regards to the meaning of the song.
